Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.不融性の、ゲル化した、熱硬化性の、エポキシ官能反応生成物であって: (A) 1種又は1種以上の、エポキシ樹脂又はエポキシ基を含有する化合物; (B) (A)と反応してゲル化した固体を生成するであろうが、ゲル化した固 体を生成するための(A)と(B)の反応のために選択された反応条件下では( A)の硬化を完了する原因にならない硬化剤システム;及び (C) (A)及び(A)と(B)の反応生成物のための任意の別の硬化剤シス テムであって、(B)とは異なり、そして上記の反応条件下では(A)と(B) と殆ど未反応のままである別の硬化剤システム を一緒に混合することにより形成されるエポキシ官能反応生成物であるエポキシ 組成物。 2. 少なくともエポキシ基の大部分が、グリシジルエーテル、グリシジルア ミン、グリシジルエステル、脂環式、ハロゲン化及び/又は不飽和エポキシ樹脂 として存在する請求項1記載の組成物。 3. 硬化剤システム(B)がアミンである請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。 4. 硬化剤システム(B)がいずれかの反応促進剤と一緒の酸無水物及び/ 又はカルボン酸である請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の組成物。 5. 任意の硬化剤システム(C)がジシアンジアミ ド、ジアミノジフェニルスルホンのような芳香族アミン、三フッ化ホウ素アミン 錯体、イミダゾール、カルボン酸、ヒドラジド又は置換尿素である請求項1ない し4のいずれかに記載の組成物。 6. 不飽和基を含有する請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の組成物。 7. 不飽和基がアクリル、メタクリル又はマレイン型である請求項6記載の 組成物。 8. 任意の硬化剤(C)が熱開始させられる前に固形化した生成物が実質的 にゲル化させられている請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の組成物。 9. ゲル化した又は硬化した生成物の物理的性質を改質するために追加の材 料を含有する請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の組成物。 10. ゲル化した又は硬化した製品の色、外観、外面又は美観を改善するた めに追加の材料を含有する請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の組成物。 11. 造形及び固形化するために注型、圧縮又は成型される前出のいずれか の請求項に記載の組成物。 12. ゲル化混合物の粉砕又は他の機械的寸法減縮の方法により得られる粒 状型である前出のいずれかの請求項に記載の組成物。 13. 粒子が液状又は気体状媒体中での重合反応により製造される粒状型で ある請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の組成物。 14. プレ−ゲル化した混合物が固形化しているがゲル化していず、次のゲ ル化のために、単独で又は液体、気体と硬化性樹脂と接触して成型、掘削、粉砕 又は粉末化される請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の組成物。 15. 固形化した製品が室温でゲル化させられる前出のいずれかの請求項に 記載の組成物。 16. 固形化した製品が高温でゲル化させられる請求項1ないし14にに記 載の組成物。 17. 反応がゲル化の後冷却により停止させられる前出のいずれかの請求項 に記載の組成物。 18. 加熱により硬化させられる請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載のゲ ル化組成物。 19. ゲル化した材料が、性質を改質するためにもう一つの硬化性システム と接触させられるか又はその中へ入れられそしてその二つのシステムが一緒に硬 化させられる前出のいずれかの請求項に記載の組成物。 20. ゲル化した材料が硬化させられそして、次にもう一つの硬化性システ ムと接触させられるか又はその中へ入れられそしてそれが次に硬化させられる請 求項1ないし18のいずれかに記載の組成物。 21. 硬化性システムが実質的にエポキシ、アクリル、不飽和ポリエステル 又はイソシアナート官能性樹脂である請求項19又は20に記載の組成物。 22. 普通の作業温度で粒子、ペレット、顆粒又は粉末の形状である請求項 1記載のゲル化組成物。 23. 請求項12ないし14のいずれかに記載の粒子を硬化することにより 得られる硬化した粒子。
