Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.感染したヒト宿主におけるB型肝炎ウイルス感染症の治療方法であって、 1,5−ジデオキシ−1,5−イミノ−D−グルシトールのN−アルキル誘導体 (ここで、該アルキル基は、3〜6個の炭素原子を含有する)を、B型肝炎ウイ ルスビリオンの複製と分泌を阻害するのに有効な量で、この宿主に投与すること を含んでなる上記方法。 2.アルキル基はブチルである、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.有効な阻害量は、約1〜約1000mgである、請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。
