Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記式(I)の化合物。 (式中、R1およびR2は、同一であるか、または異なっていてもよく、C1-8ア ルキル、C3-8シクロアルキル、および置換されていてもよいアリールから選択 される) 2. R1およびR2の双方がC1-8アルキルである、請求項1に記載の式(I )の化合物。 3. 下記式(II)の化合物。 (式中、R1およびR2は請求項1または2において定義された通りである) 4. 下記式(III)の化合物。 5. 下記式(VI)の化合物。 (式中、R3は水素またはグリコシド結合により結合されていない基である) 6. R3がC3-7炭素環式基、C2-8ヒドロカルビル基またはC4-7複素環式基 である(但し、上記基はグリコシド結合により結合されていない)、請求項5に 記載の化合物。 7. R3が から選択される、請求項5に記載の式(V)の化合物。 8. R3が である、式(VI)の化合物。 9. 請求項5において定義された式(VI)の化合物を酸の存在において閉 環することを含んでなる、下記式(VII)の化合物を製造する方法。 (式中、R3は請求項5、6、7、または8において定義された通りである) 10. 請求項4において定義された式(III)の化合物を式R3NH2のア ミンと塩基の存在下において反応させることを含んでなる、下記式(VI)の化 合物を製造する方法。 (式中、R3は請求項5、6、7、または8において定義された通りである) 11. 2,5−ジアミノ−4,6−ジヒドロキシピリミジンを下記式(V) の化合物と反応させることを含んでなる、請求項1において定義された式(I) の化合物を製造する方法。 (式中、R1およびR2は請求項1または2において定義された通りである) 12. 式(I)の化合物を加水分解することを含んでなる、下記式(II) の化合物を製造する方法。 (式中、R1およびR2は請求項1または2において定義された通りである) 13. 式(I)または(II)の化合物を加水分解することによる、下記式 (III)の化合物を製造する方法。 14. 請求項3において定義された式(III)の化合物を式R3NH2のア ミンと反応させることを含んでなる、下記式(VI)の化合物を製造する方法。 (式中、R3は請求項5、6、7、または8において定義された通りである) 15. 式(I)、(II)、または(III)の化合物を加水分解すること による、2,5−ジアミノ−4,6−ジクロロピリミジンを製造する方法。 16. 請求項5、6または7において定義された式(VI)の化合物を過剰 のアミンNHR4R5と還流溶媒中で反応させることによる、2,6−ジアミノプ リン(式中、R4およびR5は、同一であるか、または異なっていてもよく、水素 、C1-8アルキル、C3-6シクロアルキルまたはフェニルである)を製造する方法 。 17. 請求項8において定義された式(VI)の化合物を過剰のシクロプロ ピルアミンと還流溶媒中で反応させることによる、(1S,4R)−4−[2− アミノ−6−(シクロプロピルアミノ)−9H−プリン−9−イル]−2−シク ロペンテン−1−メタノールを製造する方法。
