Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.石けん/洗剤の供給材料を相互にかみ合う逆回転式ツインスクリューエクス トルーダを通過させて処理する段階を含む石けんの形を形成する方法であって、 二つのスクリューは正反対にねじ切られ、非整合性であり、かつそれらスクリュ ーの長さの直径に対する比が1:1を上回っている方法。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法によって石けんの形を形成する装置であって 、相互にかみ合う逆回転式ツインスクリューエクストルーダを含み二つのスクリ ューは正反対にねじが切られ、非整合性であり、かつそれらの長さの直径に対す る比が1:1を上回っている装置。 3.エクストルーダはバレル内部に回転するよう取り付けられてある正反対にね じが切られ互いに密接にかみ合っている二つのスクリューを含み、バレルは第一 の送り端と第二の吐出し端を有し、前記スクリューはスクリューとスクリュー間 およびスクリューとバレル間に供給材料が前記第一の端から第二の端に向かって バレルの少なくとも一部分に沿うように通過するときスクリューとバレルの表面 とが境界線となってその供給材料が 複数の不連続な線分、すなわち実質的にC型の線分となるように分割され、分割 された供給材料は経路に運ばれてそれによってその大部分がスクリューの回転軸 と実質的に平行に移動するような極小のクリアランスを有する請求の範囲第2項 に記載の石けんの形を形成する装置。 4.各スクリューは独立に、送り端から吐出し端へ進むにつれフライト幅が50 %を上回って増大するようにバレルの送り端から吐出し端へと変化する断面形状 を有する請求の範囲第3項に記載の装置。 5.スクリューのピッチ角はバレルの吐出し端に隣接する部分で8〜20°の範 囲にある値からバレルの送り端に隣接する部分で8〜30°の範囲の値に変わり 、それによって第一のスクリューにおけるフライトの追従フランクが第二のスク リューにおける進み側フランクに隣接する請求の範囲第3項に記載の装置。 6.第一のスクリューにおける送り端と吐出し端に隣接する区域でのピッチ角の 変化が第二のスクリューにおける送り端と吐出し端に隣接する区域でのピッチ角 の変化よりも小さい請求の範囲第3項に記載の装置。 7.各スクリューの長さの直径に対する比が各々独立に3〜8の範囲にある請求 の範囲第2項に記載の装置。 8.吐出し端に隣接する第一と第二のスクリューの間の回転クリアランスは少な くとも5°である、請求の範囲第3項に記載の装置。 9.バレル内部の供給材料を冷却するための冷却手段をさらに含む請求の範囲第 2項に記載の装置。 10.冷却手段が一つまたは両方のスクリューの内部を通過させて冷却流体を循 環させる手段を含む請求の範囲第9項に記載の装置。 11.冷却手段はバレルを取り巻く冷却ジャケットを通して冷却流体を循環させ る手段を含む請求の範囲第9項に記載の装置。
