Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.感熱インク固体と、重合体表面被覆とを使用してデザインを印刷する方法に おいて、 a.熱活性化インク固体が活性化される温度よりも低い温度において媒体へ所 望のデザインで該インク固体を印刷し、 b.該インク固体によって形成される該デザインを前記重合体表面被覆で被う ように該インク固体によって形成されるデザインにおいて重合体表面被覆を該媒 体へ印刷し、この時、該重合体表面被覆の該熱印刷が、該インク固体を活性化す る温度よりも低く該重合体表面被覆を活性化する温度よりも低い温度においてで あり、 c.該インク及び該重合体表面被覆を活性化する温度よりも高い温度で前記媒 体へ熱を加えることによって前記デザインがその上に永久的に現れるべき基質へ 該インク固体及び該表面被覆を該媒体から転写し、このとき、該重合体表面被覆 及び該インク固体が、活性化され、該重合体表面被覆が、前記基質へ結合され、 前記インク固体が、前記媒体から該基質へ沈着されて、該重合体表面被覆によっ て前記所望のデザインにおいて該基質へ結合される手順を備える方法。 2.感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法にお いて、 a.熱活性化インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を有するインク成分を準備し、 b.該インク成分によって形成されるデザインにおいて該インク成分を媒体へ 印刷し、この時、該インク成分の該印刷が、前記インク固体及び前記重合体表面 被覆を活性化する温度よりも低い温度においてであり、 c.該重合体表面被覆及び該インク固体を活性化させるように、該 インク及び該重合体表面被覆を活性化する温度よりも高い温度において前記媒体 へ熱を加えることにより、像がその上に現れるべき基質へ該媒体から前記インク 成分を転写し、この時、該重合体表面被覆が、該基質へ結合し、前記インク固体 が、前記媒体から該基質へ沈着されて、該重合体表面被覆によって前記所望のデ ザインにおいて該基質へ結合する手順を備える方法。 3.請求の範囲第2項に記載の感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を使用してデ ザインを印刷する方法において、前記インク成分が、少なくとも3つの異なる色 において準備され、該成分の少なくとも1つが重合体表面被覆を有する方法。 4.感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法にお いて、 a.熱活性インク固体を含む少なくとも1枚のパネルと、重合体表面被覆を含 む少なくとも1枚の他のパネルとを有する熱印刷機リボンを準備し、 b.該インク固体が活性化される温度よりも低い温度において該熱活性化イン ク固体を所望のデザインにおいて熱装置によって媒体へ印刷し、 c.前記重合体表面被覆によって該インク固体で形成される該デザインを被う ように、該インク固体によって形成される該デザインにおいて該重合体表面被覆 を熱装置によって該媒体へ印刷し、この時、該重合体表面被覆の該熱印刷が、該 インク固体及び該重合体表面被覆を活性化させる温度よりも低い温度においてで あり、 d.該重合体表面被覆及び該インク固体を活性化させるように、該インク及び 該重合体表面被覆が活性化する温度よりも高い温度において前記媒体へ熱を加え ることにより、像がその上に現れるべき基質へ該インク及び該重合体表面被覆を 該媒体から転写し、この時、該重合体表面被覆が、該基質へ結合し、前記インク 固体が、該基質 へ前記媒体から沈着されて、該重合体表面被覆によって前記所望のデザインにお いて該基質へ結合する手順を備える方法。 5.パネルは青緑色、黄色及び深紅色のインク固体を含む、インク固体を含んで いる請求の範囲第4項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を使 用してデザインを印刷する方法。 6.請求の範囲第1項に記載されるように感熱インク固体と、重合体表面被覆と を使用してデザインを印刷する方法によって作られる印刷された基質。 7.請求の範囲第2項に記載されるように感熱インク固体と、重合体表面被覆と を使用してデザインを印刷する方法によって作られる印刷された基質。 8.請求の範囲第3項に記載されるように感熱インク固体と、重合体表面被覆と を使用してデザインを印刷する方法によって作られる印刷された基質。 9.請求の範囲第4項に記載されるように感熱インク固体と、重合体表面被覆と を使用してデザインを印刷する方法によって作られる印刷された基質。 10.請求の範囲第5項に記載されるように感熱インク固体と、重合体表面被覆と を使用してデザインを印刷する方法によって作られる印刷された基質。 11.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷は熱プリンターに依る方法である 請求の範囲第1項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を使用し てデザインを印刷する方法。 12.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はインクジェットプリンターに依 る方法である請求の範囲第1項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面 被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 13.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はバブルジェットプリンターに依 る方法である請求の範囲第1項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面 被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 14.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はレーザープリンターに依る方法 である請求の範囲第1項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を 使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 15.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷は熱プリンターに依る方法である 請求の範囲第1項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を使用し てデザインを印刷する方法。 16.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はインクジェットプリンターに依 る方法である請求の範囲第2項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面 被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 17.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はバブルジェットプリンターに依 る方法である請求の範囲第2項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面 被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 18.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はレーザープリンターに依る方法 である請求の範囲第2項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を 使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 19.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷は熱プリンターに依る方法である 請求の範囲第3項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を使用し てデザインを印刷する方法。 20.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はインクジェットプリンターに依 る方法である請求の範囲第3項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面 被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 21.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はバブルジェットプリンターに依 る方法である請求の範囲第3項に記載されている感熱イ ンク固体及び重合体表面被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 22.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷はレーザープリンターに依る方法 である請求の範囲第3項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合体表面被覆を 使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 23.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷は相変換インクジェットプリンタ ーに依る方法である請求の範囲第1項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合 体表面被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 24.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷は相変換インクジェットプリンタ ーに依る方法である請求の範囲第2項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合 体表面被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。 25.熱活性インク固体と重合体表面被覆の印刷は相変換インクジェットプリンタ ーに依る方法である請求の範囲第3項に記載されている感熱インク固体及び重合 体表面被覆を使用してデザインを印刷する方法。
