Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.SEQ ID No:2で示されるアミノ酸配列(GTPシクロヒドロラ ーゼII)を有するポリペプチドをコード化するか或いは本質的にポリペプチド の酵素活性を減少させることなしに、1個またはそれ以上のアミノ酸が欠失され 、他のアミノ酸が添加されたかまたは他のアミノ酸によって代替された SEQ ID No:2で示されるポリペプチドの同族体もしくは誘導体をコード化す るDNA配列、この場合ポリペプチドの同族体または誘導体のDNA配列は、少 なくとも80%程度がSEQ ID No:1と類似している。 2.SEQ ID No:4で示されるアミノ酸配列(DRAPデアミナーゼ )を有するポリペプチドをコード化するか或いは本質的にポリペプチドの酵素活 性を減少させることなしに、1個またはそれ以上のアミノ酸が欠失され、他のア ミノ酸が添加されたかまたは他のアミノ酸によって代替された SEQ ID No:4で示されるポリペプチドの同族体もしくは誘導体をコード化するDNA 配列、この場合ポリペプチドの同族体または誘導体のDNA配列は、少なくとも 80%程度がSEQ ID No:3と類似している。 3.SEQ ID No:6で示されるアミノ酸配 列(DBPシンターゼ)を有するポリペプチドをコード化するか或いは本質的に ポリペプチドの酵素活性を減少させることなしに、1個またはそれ以上のアミノ 酸が欠失され、他のアミノ酸が添加されたかまたは他のアミノ酸によって代替さ れた SEQ ID No:6で示されるポリペプチドの同族体もしくは誘導体 をコード化するDNA配列、この場合ポリペプチドの同族体または誘導体のDN A配列は、少なくとも80%程度がSEQ ID No:5と類似している。 4.SEQ ID No:8で示されるアミノ酸配列(DMRLシンターゼ) を有するポリペプチドをコード化するか或いは本質的にポリペプチドの酵素活性 を減少させることなしに、1個またはそれ以上のアミノ酸が欠失され、他のアミ ノ酸が添加されたかまたは他のアミノ酸によって代替された SEQ ID N o:8で示されるポリペプチドの同族体もしくは誘導体をコード化するDNA配 列、この場合ポリペプチドの同族体または誘導体のDNA配列は、少なくとも8 0%程度がSEQ ID No:7と類似している。 5.SEQ ID No:10で示されるアミノ酸配列(リボフラビンシンタ ーゼ)を有するポリペプチドをコード化するか或いは本質的にポリペプチドの酵 素活性を減少させることなしに、1個またはそれ以上のアミノ酸が欠失され、他 のアミノ酸が添加されたかまたは他のアミノ酸によって代替された SEQ I D No:10で示されるポリペプチドの同族体もしくは誘導体をコード化する DNA配列、この場合ポリペプチドの同族体または誘導体のDNA配列は、少な くとも80%程度がSEQ ID No:9と類似している。 6.SEQ ID No:12で示されるアミノ酸配列(HTPレダクターゼ )を有するポリペプチドをコード化するか或いは本質的にポリペプチドの酵素活 性を減少させることなしに、1個またはそれ以上のアミノ酸が欠失され、他のア ミノ酸が添加されたかまたは他のアミノ酸によって代替された SEQ ID No:12で示されるポリペプチドの同族体もしくは誘導体をコード化するDN A配列、この場合ポリペプチドの同族体または誘導体のDNA配列は、少なくと も80%程度がSEQ ID No:11と類似している。 7.請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の1個またはそれ以上のDNA 配列を含有する表現ベクター。 8.請求項7記載の表現系で形質転換された宿主有機体。 9.リボフラビンを製造するための組換え法において、請求項8記載の宿主有 機体を使用することを特徴とする、リボフラビンを製造するための組換え法。
