Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. − ハウジング(2)の圧力媒体が充填されている内部室(1)の中にロータ組 物(3)がはめ込まれ、 − ロータ組物(3)がロータ(5)がその中に回転可能にはめ込まれたカムリ ング(4)を有し、 − ロータ(5)がその中にベーン(6)が移動可能にはめ込まれた半径方向に 延びるスリットを有し、 − カムリング(4)とロータ(5)とベーン(6)との間に隣接する制御板( 7、8)の制御面によって軸方向に境界づけられている作動室が形成され、 − ハウジング(2)が軸受ハウジング(10)とポット状ハウジングカバー( 11)とから構成され、 − ロータ(5)が駆動軸(12)によって軸受ハウジング(10)で支持され 、 − 駆動軸(12)が軸方向においてハウジングカバー(11)に接触支持され 、 − 軸受ハウジング(10)に圧力媒体溜まりを接続するための吸込み接続口( 13)および負荷を接続するための圧力接続口(14)が配置され、 − 軸受ハウジング(10)内に圧力接続口(14)に搬送される圧力媒体を調 節するための流量制御弁(15)が配置され、 − 軸受ハウジング(10)内に圧力制限弁(16)が配置され、 − 軸受ハウジング(10)に作動室を吸込み接続口(13)、流量制御弁(1 5)および圧力制限弁(16)に接続する吸込み通路および圧力通路が配置され ている、 ような圧力媒体を圧力媒体溜まりから負荷に搬送するためのベーンポンプにおい て、 − 駆動軸(12)が半径方向に専ら軸受ハウジング(10)で支持され、 − カムリング(4)が専ら軸受ハウジング(10)に対して心合わせされ、 − 軸受ハウジング(10)がハウジングカバー(11)に対して平らな面(1 7)を有し、 − ハウジングカバー(11)が軸受ハウジング(10)に対して平らな面(1 8)を有し、 − 軸受ハウジング(10)およびハウジングカバー(11)の平らな面(17 、18)が互いに向かい合わされ、 − ハウジングカバー(11)が軸受ハウジング(10)に対して専らボルト( 21)によって心合わせされ、ハウジングカバー(11)がこのボルト(21) によって軸受ハウジング(10)に取り付けられ、 − ベーンポンプの内部室(1)が平らな面の間に配置されたパッキンによって 密封されている、 ことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 2.ハウジングカバー(11)を軸受ハウジング(10)に取り付けるための ボルト(21)がベーンポンプの内部室(1)の外側に配置されていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のベーンポンプ。 3.平らな面(17、18)の間に配置されたパッキンがそれらの一方の面( 17、18)にある環状溝内におけるOリング(20)として形成されているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載のベーンポンプ。 4.カムリング(4)が軸受ハウジング(10)に対して二つのピンによって 心合わせされていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のベーンポンプ。
