Abstract

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)薬品及び硬質粉砕媒体を連続的に粉砕室に導入し、 b)該薬品の粒子径を縮小させるために該室内において該薬品を該硬質粉砕媒 体に接触させ、 c)該粉砕室から該薬品及び該粉砕媒体を連続して除去し、その後、 d)該薬品を該粉砕媒体から分離する、 段階を含む治療用又は診断用薬品の極微小粒子の連続調製方法。 2.上記媒体が1000μm以下の平均粒子径を有することを特徴とする特許請 求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.上記媒体が300μm以下の平均粒子径を有することを特徴とする特許請求 の範囲1記載の方法。 4.上記媒体が25μm以下の平均粒子径を有することを特徴とする特許請求の 範囲1記載の方法。 5.上記粉砕媒体がポリマー樹脂のビーズであることを特徴とする特許請求の範 囲1記載の方法。 6.上記ポリマーがジビニルベンゼンと架橋されたポリスチレンであることを特 徴とする特許請求の範囲5記載の方法。 7.上記ポリマーがポリメチルメタクリレートであることを特徴とする特許請求 の範囲5記載の方法。 8.上記治療用薬品がダナゾールであることを特徴とする特許請求 の範囲1記載の方法。 9.上記診断用薬品が、WIN 8883、WIN 12901、WIN 16318、及びWIN 67722から なる群から選択されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲1記載の方法。 10.上記薬品及び上記粉砕媒体を上記粉砕室を通して循環させる段階を更に含 むことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲1記載の方法。 11.上記粉砕室が回転軸を包含することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲1記載の 方法。 12.a)薬品、硬質粉砕媒体及び液体分散媒体を連続的に粉砕室に導入し、 b)該薬品の粒子径を縮小させるために該室内において該薬品を該硬質粉砕媒 体によりウェット粉砕し、 c)該粉砕室から該薬品、該粉砕媒体及び該液体分散媒体を連続して除去し、 その後、 d)該薬品を該粉砕媒体から分離する、 段階を含む治療用又は診断用薬品の極微小粒子の連続調製方法。
