Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸化還元酵素の基質を添加し、反応に関与している前記酵素の酵素活性を阻 害剤の存在下で測定し、得られたデータから阻害剤の濃度を決定する、酸化還元 酵素の可逆的作用性阻害剤の定量方法。 2.前記基質としてサルコシンを使用し、サルコシンオキシダーゼの酵素活性を 測定する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記酵素を固定化した状態で使用する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.測定の選択性を高めるために、基質濃度、酵素濃度、緩衝液濃度、緩衝液組 成、及び基質の性質、及び/又は流速及び緩衝液温度を変動させる、請求項1〜 3の方法。 5.反応系に種々の種類及び濃度の可逆的作用性阻害剤を添加することによって 、測定の選択性を高める、請求項1〜4に記載の方法。 6.基質濃度を上げることにより酵素活性の長時間の損失を補う、請求項1〜5 に記載の方法。 7.少なくとも2個のピストンポンプが、供給チューブを介して、酵素を含む反 応領域に連絡され、検出器を反応領域内又はその後に設ける、請求項1〜6に記 載の方法を実施する測定装置。 8.前記供給チューブにおいて、ピストンポンプと反応領域との間にバルブを設 ける、請求項7に記載の測定装置。 9.光学的に、又は電流滴定により、酸素又は過酸化水素の検出を行なう、請求 項7又は8に記載の測定装置。 10.酸化還元酵素、前記還元酵素の基質、緩衝液、及び必要により安定剤を含 む酸化還元酵素の可逆的作用性阻害剤の定量用のテストキット
