Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)重合体のイオン交換膜の少なくとも片側を表面加水分解し、そして (b)加水分解した該イオン交換膜の少なくとも片側を電極インキと接触させ る、 ことを含んでなる、膜及び電極の構造体の製造法。 2.膜及び電極の構造体の完全な加水分解の工程を更に含んでなる、請求の範 囲1の方法。 3.電極インキがスルホニルフルオリド重合体を含んでなる、請求の範囲1の 方法。 4.重合体を加水分解する、請求の範囲3の方法。 5.重合体を加水分解しない、請求の範囲3の方法。 6.重合体がアルコ−ル及び水の溶液、懸濁液及び分散液である、請求の範囲 3の方法。 7.電極インキが白金族金属を有する触媒的に活性な粒子を含んでなる、請求 の範囲1の方法。 8.電極インキを膜の表面に噴霧する、請求の範囲1の方法。 9.電極インキを膜の表面に刷毛塗りする、請求の範囲1の方法。 10.電極インキを膜の表面にスクリ−ン印刷する、請求の範囲1の方法。 11.電極インキを膜の表面に複数回噴霧、刷毛塗り、印刷、及び/または被 覆する、請求の範囲1の方法。 12.電極インキを、約300℃までの温度で加圧下に膜の表面に結合させる 工程を更に含んでなる、請求の範囲1の方法。 13.膜の少なくとも1つの表面を実質的に加水分解するが、膜の多くが加水 分解しないまま残っている十分な期間、膜または膜の片側をアルカリ金属水酸化 物の溶液と接触させることにより膜の表面を加水分解する、請求の範囲1の方法 。
