Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.裏金と、裏金に固着された軸受ライニングとを有し、該軸受ライニングは アルミニウム基合金または銅基合金から形成され、更に該ライニングの作動表面 上のオーバレイとを有するすべり軸受に於いて、オーバレイがニッケル、コバル トおよび鉄から選択された少なくとも一つの金属を0.5〜25重量%含有する 亜鉛合金からなることを特徴とする上記すべり軸受。 2.請求項1に記載のすべり軸受に於いて、オーバレイ合金がニッケル、コバ ルトおよび鉄の二つまたはそれ以上の金属から成ることを特徴とする上記すべり 軸受。 3.請求項1と請求項2のいずれか一項に記載の軸受に於いて、オーバレイ合 金が内部に分散した第2の相を有することを特徴とする上記すべり軸受。 4.請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受に於いて、該オ ーバレイがライニング合金に直接にメッキされることを特徴とする上記すべり軸 受。 5.請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受に於いて、中間 層がライニング合金にメッキされ、かつ該オーバレイが中間層にメッキされるこ とを特徴とする上記すべり軸受。 6.請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受に於いて、該オ ーバレイが5〜15重量%のニッケルを含有する亜鉛とニッケルの合金であるこ とを特徴とする上記すべり軸受。 7.請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受に於いて、該オ ーバレイが2〜12重量%のコバルトを含有する亜鉛とコバルトの合金であるこ とを特徴とする上記すべり軸受。 8.請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受に於いて、該オ ーバレイが5〜15重量%の鉄を含有する亜鉛と鉄の合金であることを特徴とす る上記すべり軸受。 9.請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のすべり軸受に於いて、該オ ーバレイが厚さ10〜25ミクロンであることを特徴とする上記すべり軸受。
