Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一体式酸化鉄構造体を製造するための方法であって、一体式鉄含有金属構 造体を供給し、そして前記鉄含有金属構造体を、その鉄含有構造体を酸化し、そ して鉄を酸化鉄に直接的に転換するために鉄の融点以下の温度で酸化雰囲気下で 加熱し、その結果、酸化鉄構造体が前記鉄含有構造体と実質的に同じ物理的形状 を保持することを含んで成る方法。 2.前記酸化鉄が赤鉄鉱である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.前記酸化鉄が磁鉄鉱である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4.前記酸化鉄が赤鉄鉱及び磁鉄鉱の組合せである請求の範囲第1項記載の方 法。 5.前記鉄含有構造体がプレーン鋼である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 6.前記鋼が約0.04〜約 2.0重量%の炭素含有率を有する請求の範囲第5項記 載の一体式酸化鉄構造体。 7.前記鋼がAISI-SAE 1010 である請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 8.前記鋼がロシア製鋼3である請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 9.前記鋼構造体が約 0.3mm以下の厚さを有する請求の範囲第5項記載の方法 。 10.前記酸化雰囲気が空気である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 11.前記鉄含有構造体が、鉄を赤鉄鉱に酸化するために約 725〜約1200℃の温 度で加熱される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 12.前記鉄含有構造体が、鉄を赤鉄鉱に酸化するために約 750〜約 850℃の温 度で加熱される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 13.前記鉄が、前記鉄含有構造体を赤鉄鉱構造体に転換するため に、まず赤鉄鉱に酸化され、そして次に、前記赤鉄鉱一体式構造体が、前記赤鉄 鉱を磁鉄鉱に脱酸素化するために約1350〜約1550℃の温度で加熱され、その結果 、前記磁鉄鉱構造体が前記赤鉄鉱構造体と実質的に同じ形状、大きさ及び壁厚を 保持する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 14.前記赤鉄鉱構造体が、前記赤鉄鉱を磁鉄鉱に脱酸素化するために約1420〜 約1460℃の温度で加熱される請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 15.前記鉄含有構造体が、前記鉄を磁鉄鉱に酸化するために約1350〜約1500℃ の温度で加熱される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 16.一体式赤鉄鉱構造体を製造するための方法であって、プレーン鋼から実質 的に成る構造体を供給し、そして前記プレーン鋼構造体を、その鋼における鉄を 赤鉄鉱に直接的に転換することにより前記プレーン鋼構造体を酸化するために約 725〜約1200℃の温度で、酸化雰囲気下で加熱し、その結果、前記赤鉄鉱構造体 が前記プレーン鋼構造体と実質的に同じ物理的形状を保持することを含んで成る 方法。 17.前記酸化雰囲気が空気である請求の範囲第16項記載の方法。 18.前記プレーン鋼構造体が約 750〜約 850℃の温度で加熱される請求の範囲 第16項記載の方法。 19.一体式磁鉄鉱構造体を製造するための方法であって、プレーン鋼から実質 的に成る構造体を供給し、前記プレーン鋼構造体を酸化するために、約 725〜約 1200℃の温度で酸化雰囲気下で前記プレーン鋼構造体を加熱することによりその プレーン鋼構造体を赤鉄鉱構造体に転換し、その結果、前記赤鉄鉱構造体が前記 プレーン鋼構造体と実質的に同じ物理的形状を保持し、そして次に、磁鉄鉱構造 体が赤鉄鉱構造体と実質的に同じ形状、大きさ及び壁厚を保持する よう、約1350〜約1550℃の温度で、脱酸素化条件下で前記赤鉄鉱構造体を加熱す ることによりその赤鉄鉱構造体を磁鉄鉱構造体に脱酸素化することを含んで成る 方法。 20.前記脱酸素化雰囲気が、空気、窒素に富んでいる空気、実質的に純粋な窒 素及び真空から成る群から選択される請求の範囲第19項記載の方法。 21.前記鉄が、約 750〜約 850℃の温度で前記プレーン鋼構造体を加熱するこ とによって赤鉄鉱に酸化され、そして前記赤鉄鉱が約1420〜約1460℃の温度で前 記赤鉄鉱構造体を加熱することにより磁鉄鉱に脱酸素化される請求の範囲第19項 記載の方法。 22.鉄の融点以下の温度で鉄含有構造体を酸化することにより得られ、そして 前記鉄構造体と実質的に同じ物理的形状を有する一体式酸化鉄構造体。 23.前記酸化鉄が赤鉄鉱である請求の範囲第22項記載の一体式酸化鉄構造体。 24.前記酸化鉄が磁鉄鉱である請求の範囲第22項記載の一体式酸化鉄構造体。 25.前記酸化鉄が赤鉄鉱及び磁鉄鉱の組合せである請求の範囲第22項記載の一 体式酸化鉄構造体。 26.前記鉄含有構造体がプレーン鋼である請求の範囲第22項記載の一体式酸化 鉄構造体。 27.前記鋼が約0.04〜約 2.0重量%の炭素含有率を有する請求の範囲第25項記 載の一体式酸化鉄構造体。 28.前記鋼がAISI-SAE 1010 である請求の範囲第26項記載の一体式酸化鉄構造 体。 29.前記鋼がロシア製鋼3である請求の範囲第26項記載の一体式酸化鉄構造体 。 30.前記鋼構造体が約 0.3mm以下の厚さを有する請求の範囲第26項記載の一体 式酸化鉄構造体。 31.赤鉄鉱、磁鉄鉱及びそれらの組合せから実質的に成る群から選択され、そ して約1mm以下の壁厚を有する酸化鉄から実質的に成る一体式流れ分割体。 32.前記壁厚が約0.07〜約 0.3mmである請求の範囲第31項記載の一体式流れ分 割体。
