Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 有益な薬を患者の体の表面を通して供給するための電気輸送装置を駆動 するための電力ネットワーク(110)であって、1又はそれ以上の電気要素( 118、119、126、128)と、2又はそれ以上のネットワーク出力部( 116a、116b)と、前記電気要素を前記電力ネットワーク出力部(111 6a、116b)に電気的に接続するための手段(116c、116d、116 e、140)と、前記電力ネットワーク出力部(116a、116b)の少なく とも一方を液体を保持する電極(D、C)に電気的に接続するための手段(11 1)とを備えており、更に、 前記電力ネットワーク(110)を囲んで包むように該電力ネットワークに封 止されている液密室(112、113、114)を備えており、該液密室は、前 記電力ネットワーク出力部(116a、116b)のための液密通路を形成し、 これにより、前記電力ネットワーク(110)は、液体に接触しないように密封 されていることを特徴とする電力ネットワーク。 2. 請求項1の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記液密室は、水不透過性のフ ィルム(208、210)から構成されていることを特徴とする電力ネットワー ク。 3. 請求項2の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記水不透過性のフィルムは、 ヒートシール可能な材料から構成されていることを特徴とする電力ネットワーク 。 4. 請求項1の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記1又はそれ以上の電気要素 は、電源(118、119)を含んでいることを特徴とする電力ネットワーク。 5. 請求項4の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記電源(118、119)は 、バッテリーからなることを特徴とする電力ネットワーク。 6. 請求項1の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記1又はそれ以上の電気要素 は、前記電力ネットワーク出力部(207、209)に供給される電流を制御す るための電気要素(218)を含んでいることを特徴とする電力ネットワーク。 7. 請求項6の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記電流を制御するための電気 要素は、トランジスタ、スイッチ、ダイオード、抵抗器、タイマ、集積回路、及 び、これらの組み合わせから成る群から選択されることを特徴とする電力ネット ワーク。 8. 請求項1の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記電気的に接続するための手 段は、導電性の接着ストリップ(206)を含むことを特徴とする電力ネットワ ーク。 9. 請求項1の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記液密室は、ポケット(11 4a、114b、114c)が形成されている液体不透過性の基板(112)か ら構成されており、前記1又はそれ以上の電気要素(118、119、126、 128)は、前記ポケットに位置決めされていることを特徴とする電力ネットワ ーク。 10. 請求項9の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記ポケット(304、307 )の上にはカバー(314)が設けられており、該カバーは、前記ポケットの周 囲で封止されていることを特徴とする電力ネットワーク。 11. 請求項10の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記電気的に接続するための 手段は、前記カバー(314)に設けられた導電トレース(313)を含んでい ることを特徴とする電力ネットワーク。 12. 請求項1の電力ネットワークにおいて、前記電気的に接続するための手 段は、前記基板(113)に設けられた導電トレース(116c、116d、1 16e)を含んでいることを特徴とする電力ネットワーク。 13. 請求項1の電力ネットワーク(110)を備えることを特徴とする電気 輸送装置。 14. 請求項1又は13の装置において、前記電極は、供給すべき薬を保持し ているドナー電極(D)を含むことを特徴とする装置。 15. 請求項1又は13の装置において、前記電極は、電解質を保持する対向 電極(C)を含むことを特徴とする電力ネットワーク。 16. 有益な薬を電気輸送によって患者の体の表面を通して供給するようにな された装置を駆動するための電力ネットワーク(110)を、供給すべき前記有 益な薬を含有する液体を保持している近接する電極(D、C)に電気的に接続す るための接続方法であって、前記電力ネットワーク(110)を、液体不透過性 の材料から少なくとも一部が形成されている室(112、113、114)に入 れる工程を備えており、前記電力ネットワーク(110)は、1又はそれ以上の 電気要素(118、119、126、128)と、該1又はそれ以上の電気要素 を一対の電力ネットワーク出力部(116a、116b)に電気的に接続するた めの手段(116c、116d、116e、140)とを含んでおり、また、前 記接続方法は、前記出力部を前記室の内側から該室の外側まで伸長するように位 置決めする工程を備えており、更に、 前記出力部(116a、116b)が、近接する電極(D、C)に前記室の外 部で電気的に接続できるようにアクセス可能であって、前記電力ネットワーク( 110)が液体に接触しないように封止されるように、前記電力ネットワーク( 110)を前記室(112、113)の中で液密状態で封止する工程を備えるこ とを特徴とする接続方法。 17. 請求項16の接続方法において、更に、前記一対の出力部の一方(11 6b)を、供給すべき有益な薬を含有する液体を保持している近接する電極(D )に電気的に接続する工程を備えることを特徴とする接続方法。 18. 請求項17の接続方法において、更に、電解質を含有する液体を保持し ている第2の電極(C)を前記一対の出力部の他方(116b)に電気的に接続 する工程を備えることを特徴とする接続方法。 19. 請求項16の接続方法において、前記室は、ヒートシール可能な材料か ら少なくとも部分的に形成されており、更に、前記材料をヒートシールすること により前記室を封止する工程を備えていることを特徴とする接続方法。 20.請求項16の接続方法において、液体不透過性の基板(112)にポケッ ト(114a、114b、114c)を形成し、前記ポケットの上にカバー(1 13)を設け、該カバー(113)を前記ポケットの周囲の前記基板(112) に封止することによって、前記室を形成することを特徴とする接続方法。 21. 請求項20の接続方法において、前記カバー(113)は、前記基板 (112)に接着剤で封止されていることを特徴とする接続方法。
