Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脂肪族α,ω−ジニトリルを高温過圧で溶媒および触媒の存在下に部分水素 化する脂肪族α,ω−アミノニトリルの製法であって、触媒として、 (a) ニッケル、コバルト、鉄、ルテニウムおよびロジウムから選ばれた金 属に基づく化合物を含有し、 (b) (a)に対して0.01〜25重量%の、パラジウム、白金、イリジ ウム、オスミウム、銅、銀、金、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、マンガン 、レニウム、亜鉛、カドミウム、鉛、アルミニウム、錫、リン、砒素、アンチモ ン、ビスマス、珪素、チタン、ジルコニウムおよび希土類金属から選ばれた金属 に基づく促進剤を含有し、および (c) (a)に対して0〜5重量%の、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金 属に基づく化合物を含有し、 但し、(b)がチタン、マンガン、クロムおよびモリブデンから選ばれた金属 に基づく促進剤であるとき、成分(a)が鉄に、またはコバルト、ルテニウムお よびロジウムから選ばれた1金属および鉄に基づかないこと、およびルテニウム またはロジウム、またはルテニウムおよびロジウム、またはニッケルおよびロジ ウムに基づく化合物が成分(a)として選択されるとき、促進剤(b)は場合に より省いてもよいことを条件とする、触媒を使用することからなる製法。 2.触媒が担持型触媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製法。 3.触媒が非担持型触媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製法。 4.水素化を懸濁液で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記 載の製法。 5.水素化を固定床反応器で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1 項に記載の製法。 6.α,ω−ジニトリルとしてアジポニトリルを使用し、6−アミノカプロニト リルを得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製法。 7.水素化を2〜40MPaで行うことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の製法。 8.水素化を30〜150℃で行うことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載 の製法。
