Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脂肪族α,ω−ジニトリルを気相において触媒の存在下に高温で部分水素化 する脂肪族α,ω−アミノニトリルの製造方法であって、水素化をニッケル、コ バルト、ルテニウムおよびロジウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属に基づく 粉末状でない触媒を用いて行うことを特徴とする製造方法。 2.触媒がリチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウム、マグネシ ウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、スカンジウム、イットリウム、 ランタニド、銀、カドミウム、アルミニウム、錫および亜鉛から選ばれる金属に 基づく少なくとも1種の変性剤により変性されていることを特徴とする、請求項 1に記載の製造方法。 3.水素化を100〜250℃で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記 載の製造方法。 4.水素化を0.01〜3MPaで行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいず れか1項に記載の製造方法。 5.脂肪族α,ω−ジニトリルとしてアジポニトリルを使用し、6−アミノカプ ロニトリルを製造することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の 製造方法。
