Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 可撓性ケーブル(20;7,8)を円筒開口部(21)に機械的に組付け る装置であって、 上記ケーブルを上記円筒開口部内に保持し、上記ケーブルが軸方向に引き抜か れるのを防止するため、該円筒開口部のネジ(27)を係合するケーブル固定部 材(23;10,11)を含み、 上記可撓性ケーブルを挿入する前に、上記ケーブル固定部材が上記円筒開口部 内で軸方向にクリック式に止められ、 上記ケーブル固定部材を上記開口部から弛めない限り、上記可撓性ケーブルを 軸方向に引き抜くことができない機械的組付け装置。 2. 該ケーブル固定部材(23)は、剛性プラスチック材料から作られ、ヘッ ド(25)と、管状部品の自由端から上記ヘッドの近くに延びる二つの径方向に 対向した軸方向溝(29)を備えた管状部品(24)とからなり、 該可撓性ケーブルを伴わない該ケーブル固定部材(23)を該円筒開口部に挿 入する際に、上記軸方向溝の存在によって実現可能であり、かつ、上記管状部品 上のネジと該円筒開口部内の該ネジの傾斜(30a,27b)によって容易に行 われる上記管状部品の径方向の弾性変形が必要であり、該可撓性ケーブルが挿入 された後で該ケーブル固定部材を取り出す際に、該円筒開口部内の該ネジから該 螺旋ネジを弛めることが必要であるように、上記管状部品は、直径が上記円筒開 口部の直径よりも僅かに大きい少なくとも二つの螺旋ネジ(30)を有する請求 項1記載の機械的組付け装置。 3. 該ケーブル固定部材が該円筒開口部内に置かれた後、該管状部品の径方向 の弾性と、該螺旋ネジ(30)と該円筒開口部内の該ネジ(27)の底(27a )の間の径方向の隙間とによって、該 ケーブルが該管状部品に挿入され、上記ケーブルの引き抜きが、上記ケーブルの 外面上の突起部の固定と、上記ケーブルが軸方向に引っ張られるとき該ケーブル 固定部材の該管状部品を上記ケーブルに径方向及び内側へ押しつける傾向がある 該ケーブル固定部材の該管状部品上の該ネジと該円筒開口部内の該ネジの傾斜( 30b,27c)とによって防止されるように、 該ケーブル固定部材(23)は、内径が該可撓性ケーブルの径よりも小さい突 起部(31)を有する、請求項2記載の機械的組付け装置。 4. 該突起部は該管状部品(24)の内側で環状隆起部(31)の形をなし、 上記環状隆起部は、該軸方向溝(29)の両側に一つずつある二つの部品に分 割され、該可撓性ケーブルの該管状部品内への挿入の間に該可撓性ケーブルの心 出しを容易に行うため傾斜した直角三角形部を有する、請求項3記載の機械的組 付け装置。 5. 該螺旋ネジ(30)及び該突起部(31)は、該ケーブル固定部材の該管 状部品(24)に沿って略中間にあり、 該円筒開口部(21)は、該可撓性ケーブルが挿入され、直径が該螺旋ネジの 外径以上であり、奥行きが該ケーブル固定部材の該管状部品の長さの約3分の1 である円柱状窪み部(28)を端に有する、請求項3又は4記載の機械的組付け 装置。 6. 該円筒開口部は、該可撓性ケーブルが挿入される端に、該ケーブル固定部 材の該ヘッドを係合し、これにより、上記ケーブル固定部材の突然の弛みを防止 する軸方向かつ外向きに突出した止め具(32)を含む、請求項2乃至5のうち いずれか1項記載の機械的組付け装置。 7. 該突出した止め具は、該ケーブル固定部材の該ヘッドが意図的に該ケーブ ル固定部材を弛めるため押されるある程度の径方向の可撓性を有する、請求項6 記載の機械的組付け送致。 8. 該ケーブル固定部材の該ヘッドはその軸に平行な側面(25a)を備えた カラー部の形をなし、上記側面は該止め具(32)によって係合されている、請 求項7記載の機械的組付け装置。 9. 高圧ケーブル(20;7,8)をチムニーに取り付け、締めつけ可能であ る請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか1項記載の機械的組付け装置を備えた高圧出力 チムニー(22;5,6)が取り付けられた絶縁ケーシング(3)を含む高圧変 圧器。
