<実施例9>
2−(3−シクロペンチルオキシ−4−メトキシフェニル)−4−(4−ピリジルメトキシカルボニル)モルホリン(表4の化合物No.9)の合成
4−ピリジンメタノール35mg(0.32mM)の乾燥テトラヒドロフラン0.5ml溶液を、氷冷下、60%水素化ナトリウム25mg(0.65mM)の乾燥テトラヒドロフラン0.3ml溶液に滴下し、室温で30分攪拌する。次いで、4−クロロカルボニル2−(3−シクロペンチルオキシ−4−メトキシフェニル)モルホリン100mg(0.29mM)の乾燥テトラヒドロフラン0.5ml溶液を、氷冷下、反応溶液に滴下し、徐々に室温に戻し3時間攪拌する。氷冷下、反応溶液に水を加え、塩化メチレンで抽出する。得られた抽出液を無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、減圧下溶媒を留去して無色油状の粗生成物を得る。この粗生成物をフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィー(SiO2;4%メタノール/ジクロロメタン)で精製し、淡黄色油状の標記化合物121mg(収率100%)を得る。

2−(3−シクロペンチルオキシ−4−メトキシフェニル)−4−ニコチノイルモルホリン(表4の化合物No.22)の合成
実施例1と同様の手法を用い、クロロギ酸メチルのかりにニコチノイルクロライド塩酸塩を使用し、無色油状の標記化合物(収率11.9%)を得る。
