Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.感圧接着剤組成物であって、アクリル系感圧接着剤約5〜95重量%と、 熱可塑性エラストマーコポリマー材料約5〜95重量%との配合物を含み、前記 組成物は少なくとも2種の異なる領域を含む形態を有し、事実上、第1領域は実 質的に連続しており、事実上、前記第2領域は、前記第1領域内の接着剤組成物 の主要表面と平行な小繊維性乃至片岩状である感圧接着剤組成物。 2.前記アクリル系感圧接着剤はC3〜C12アルキルエステルのポリマーを含 む請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 3.前記アクリル系感圧接着剤はイソオクチルアクリレート、2-エチル−ヘキ シルアクリレートまたはn-ブチルアクリレートのポリマーを含む請求項2に記載 の感圧接着剤組成物。 4.前記アクリル系感圧接着剤はさらに極性成分を含む請求項2に記載の感圧 接着剤組成物。 5.前記極性成分はアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、エチレン酢酸ビニル、N-ビニ ルピロリドンおよびスチレンマクロマーを含む請求項4に記載の感圧接着剤組成 物。 6.前記アクリル系感圧接着剤はアルキルエステル成分約100〜80重量% と極性成分約0〜20%含む請求項5に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 7.前記熱可塑性エラストマー材料は線状コポリマー、円形コポリマー、星型 コポリマー、テーパーコポリマーまたは分枝コポリマーを含む請求項1に記載の 感圧接着剤組成物。 8.前記熱可塑性エラストマー材料はスチレン−イソプレンブロックコポリマ ー、スチレン−(エチレン−ブチレン)ブロックコポリマー、スチレン−(エチ レン−プロピレン)ブロックコポリマー、 スチレン−ブタジエンブロックコポリマー、ポリエーテルエステルおよびポリ− α−オレフィンを含む請求項7に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 9.粘着付与樹脂をさらに含む請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 10.前記粘着付与樹脂は熱可塑性エラストマー材料の重量を基準にして20 0重量%まで含む請求項9に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 11.感圧接着剤を作成する方法であって、 (1)少なくとも1種のアクリル系感圧接着剤5〜95重量%と、少なく とも1種の熱可塑性エラストマー材料5〜95重量%とを溶融配合する工程と、 (2)(a)剪断条件下または伸張条件下またはその両条件下で前記溶融 配合材料を形成するか、 (b)前記溶融配合物を形成して圧伸する 工程であって、少なくとも2種の異なる領域を含む形態を有する感圧組成物を形 成し、事実上、第1領域は実質的に連続しており、事実上、前記第2領域は、前 記第1領域内の接着剤の主要表面と平行な小繊維性乃至片岩状である前記工程と 、 (3)前記組成物を冷却する工程と を含む方法。 12.分散条件下または分配条件下またはそれらを組み合わせた条件下で前記 溶融配合を実行する請求項11に記載の方法。 13.バッチ方法または連続方法のいずれかを使用して混合を実施する請求項 11に記載の方法。 14.内部混合またはロールミルを使用して前記バッチ法を実行する請求項1 3に記載の方法。 15.一軸スクリュー押出機、二軸スクリュー押出機、ディスク 押出機、往復一軸スクリュー押出機、ピンバレル一軸スクリュー押出機を使用し て前記連続方法を実行する請求項13に記載の方法。 16.感圧接着剤絶縁テープであって、ポリ塩化ビニル基材、またはエチレン 酢酸ビニルとエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴムの配合物の基材フィルム、およ び基材上のアクリル系感圧接着剤約5〜95重量%と熱可塑性エラストマーブロ ックコポリマー約5〜95重量%の配合物を含む感圧接着剤組成物を含み、前記 組成物は少なくとも2種の異なる領域を含む形態を有し、事実上、第1領域は実 質的に連続しており、事実上、前記第2領域は前記第1領域内の接着剤組成物の 主要表面に平行な小繊維性乃至片岩状である感圧接着剤絶縁テープ。 17.基材および基材上の請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤組成物を含む感圧接着 テープ。 18.基材および基材の少なくとも1つの表面上の請求項1に記載の感圧接着 剤組成物および前記基材の他面上の感圧接着剤を含む二重塗布感圧接着テープ。 19.感圧接着テープを作成する方法であって、 (1)少なくとも1種のアクリル系感圧接着剤5〜95重量%と、少なく とも1種の熱可塑性エラストマー材料5〜95重量%とを溶融配合する工程と、 (2)(a)剪断条件下または伸張条件下またはその両条件下で前記溶融 配合材料を形成するか、 (b)前記溶融配合物を形成して圧伸する 工程であって、前記配合物は接着剤組成物を形成し、前記組成物は基材表面に押 出されて感圧接着テープを形成し、前記接着剤は少なくとも2種の異なる領域を 含む形態を有し、事実上、第1領域は実質的に連続しており、事実上、前記第2 領域は、前記第1領域内の 接着剤形成方向の小繊維性乃至片岩状である前記工程と (3)前記組成物を冷却する工程と を含む方法。 20.二重塗布感圧接着テープを作成する方法であって、 (1)少なくとも1種のアクリル系感圧接着剤5〜95重量%と、少なく とも1種の熱可塑性エラストマー材料5〜95重量%とを溶融配合する工程と、 (2)(a)剪断条件下または伸張条件下またはその両条件下で前記溶融 配合材料を形成するか、 (b)前記溶融配合物を形成して圧伸して、 感圧接着剤組成物を形成し、フィルム形成ポリマー樹脂と前記組成物とを同時押 出しする工程であって、前記接着剤組成物は少なくとも2種の異なる領域を含む 形態を有し、事実上、第1領域は実質的に連続しており、事実上、前記第2領域 は、前記第1領域内の接着剤形成方向の小繊維性乃至片岩状である前記工程と、 (3)前記テープを冷却する工程と を含む方法。 21.二重塗布感圧接着テープを作成する方法であって、 (1)少なくとも1種のアクリル系感圧接着剤5〜95重量%と、少なく とも1種の熱可塑性エラストマー材料5〜95重量%とを溶融配合する工程と、 (2)(a)剪断条件下または伸張条件下またはその両条件下で前記溶融 配合材料を形成するか、 (b)前記溶融配合物を形成して圧伸して、 感圧接着剤組成物を形成する工程であって、 前記組成物は少なくとも3層を有する給送ブロックの外側部分に給送され、フィ ルム形成ポリマー樹脂は前記給送ブロックの中央部分 に給送されて二重塗布感圧接着テープを形成し、前記接着剤組成物は少なくとも 2種の異なる領域を含む形態を有し、事実上、第1領域は実質的に連続しており 、事実上、前記第2領域は、前記第1領域内の接着剤形成方向の小繊維性乃至片 岩状である前記工程と、 (3)前記テープを冷却する工程と を含む方法。 22.皮膚に接着するための感圧接着テープであって、基材、および基材上の アクリル系感圧接着剤約5〜95重量%と熱可塑性エラストマー材料との配合物 を含む感圧接着剤組成物を含み、前記組成物は少なくとも2種の異なる領域を含 む形態を有し、事実上、第1領域は実質的に連続しており、事実上、前記第2領 域は、前記第1領域内の接着剤形成方向の小繊維性乃至片岩状である感圧接着テ ープ。 23.前記基材は密封性または非密封性である請求項22に記載のテープ。 24.前記密封性裏材はフィルム、発泡材料またはそれらのラミネートである 請求項23に記載のテープ。 25.前記非密封性裏材は有孔性ポリマーフィルム、発泡材料、織布または不 織布である請求項23に記載のテープ。
