Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加圧されたガラス反射体を含むランプ容器(1)と、前記ランプ容器(1) 内にあって光を放出する為に付勢可能な光源(8)と、前記光源(8)に電気的 に接続された複数のランプ接点でこの内の1つがねじ溝付きのシェル(3)を含 むランプ接点を有するランプ基部(15)と、前記ランプ容器1に固着されて前 記ランプ基部(15)を支持するスカート(17、40)とを具える電灯におい て、前記スカート(17、40)が前記ランプ容器(1)に機械的に固着された 金属スカート領域(40)と、前記金属スカート領域(40)に固着されたプラ スティックスカート領域(17)とを含み、前記プラスティック領域(17)は 前記ねじ溝付きのシェル(30)を支持する領域を含むことを特徴とする電灯。 2.前記金属スカート領域(40)が前記プラスティックスカート領域(17) 内で一体型にモールド形成される部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 電灯。 3.前記金属スカート領域(40)が周囲にフランジが付いたリム(45)を含 み、前記外周にフランジの付いたリム(45)が前記プラスティックスカート領 域(17)内で一体型にモールド形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の 電灯。 4.前記ランプ接点に、(i)ソケット内で対応する接点と接触する為の接点領 域(21)と(ii)前記接点領域(21)から延在する硬質の柄(23)とを含 む中央接点(19)と;前記光源(8)に接続された導電リードとを具え、前記 プラスティックスカート領域(17)は前記柄(23)を受け入れる為のクラン ピング開口(26)を規定する開口壁(27)を有し、前記開口(26)は寸法 規定され、弾性を有する前記クランピング開口(26)を取り囲む前記プラステ ィック領域(17)が、 (i)前記柄(23)が前記絶縁領域(17)に対して固定された前記接点領 域(21)を有する前記クランピング開口(26)に挿入される場合には、前記 第1導電リード(5)が前記柄と前記開口壁(27)との間に確実にクラン プされ、(ii)前記ランプ接点が前記柄(23)と前記開口壁(27)との間の 摩擦だけにより前記クランピング開口(26)内に固着され、前記柄(23)及 び開口(26)がいかなるスナップ型でもないように 選択されることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の電灯。 5.前記導電リード(5)が、前記クランピング開口(26)に前記柄(23) を挿入する方向に延在する前記リード(5)の端部により前記クランピング開口 (26)にまで延在することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電灯。 6.前記絶縁領域(37)に前記クランピング開口(26)の付近に延在する案 内開口(50)を設け、前記リード(5)が前記ランプ容器(1)から前記柄( 23)の挿入方向と反対方向の前記案内開口(50)を介して更に前記柄(3) を受けとる前記クランピング開口(26)まで延在することを特徴とする請求項 5に記載の電灯。 7.前記案内開口(50)が前記リードを案内する為の前記ランプ容器(1)か ら前記案内開口(50)まで離間した方向で狭まったテーパ案内壁(49)を含 むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電灯。 8.前記案内開口(50)及びこの開口から前記クランピング開口まで延在する 前記リード(5)が前記ランプ接点(19)の前記接点領域(21)により完全 に覆われるように、前記案内開口(50)が前記クランピング開口(26)付近 で終端することを特徴とする請求項6或いは7に記載の電灯。 9.前記プラスティックスカート領域(37)が前記接点領域(21)に対して 相補的な形状を有するカウンタ開口(53)を含み、この開口中では前記接点領 域(21)を挿入することを特徴とする請求項4或いは8に記載の電灯。 10.他の導電リード(7)が前記光源(8)から延在し、前記リード(7)の 領域が前記絶縁領域(17)と前記ねじ溝付きのシェル(30)との間でクラン プすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電灯。
