Abstract

PURPOSE: To harden a vinyl polymer containing acetoacetate group at normal temperature by employing an aluminum complex compound containing aluminum alcoholates as a ligand for producing a stable chelate ring, as hardening component.
CONSTITUTION: An aluminum complex compound (A) represented by the following formula. Wherein R signifies an alkyl, L is compound capable of producing keto-enol tautomer, and n is integer of 0W3, containing aluminum alcoholates or a compound capable of producing ketoenol tautomer as a ligand for producing a stable chelate ring is employed as hardening component to thereby harden a vinyl polymer (B) containing acetoacetate group in a molecule in one-can type so as to thus obtain a coating film having excellent transparency, ultraviolet ray-, chemicals- and solvent-resistances, and physical properties.
