Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize the rectifier for the automoble and to reduce the number of parts by a method wherein the rectifying part and the voltage regulating part are equipped in the same heat sink block, and at the same time plural fasten-on terminals are soldered to integrate the whole to a device. CONSTITUTION:The fasten-on terminal 2 is formed being proturded from an edge of the heat sink block 1 consisted of a copper plate plated with silver or solder, and plural semiconductor elements 3 to constitute the voltage regulating part and the rectifying part are fixed on the other side face of the block 1. A ceramic substrate 4 provided with conducting parts 5 and printed resistor parts 6 is also fixed in the same way confronting to the elements 3, and the elements 3 are connected to the conducting parts 5 and the resistor parts 6 with wires 7. Other fasten-on terminals 8, 9 are soldered to another edge of the block 1, and the integrated block 1 is accomodated in a case 11 and is molded using epoxy resin 12, etc.
