Abstract

PURPOSE: To form, with good processability, a moled product excellent in physical property, by use of a dialkanolamine adduct with an epoxy resin, as a part of a crosslinking agent, in the preparation of a nonfoamable or lowly foamable polyurethane resin molded product.
CONSTITUTION: In the preparation of a non (or lowly) foamable polyurethane resin molded product by the reaction of a polyether polyol (of average MW about 1,000W12,000) with an organic polyisocyanate (e.g., a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate) in the presence of a crosslinking agent (an amino alcohol, a glycol, etc.), 1W20pts.wt., based on 100pts.wt. of the polyol, of an adduct of an epoxy resin (e.g., hydroquinoneglycidyl ether) with a dialkanolamine (e.g., diethanolamine), are added and used, as a part of the crosslinking agent.
