CONSTITUTION:A detector 4 detects the variance in voltage or current analog signals outputted from a signal output device 1 and gives a control lock signal to a regulator 2 when the variance is a predetermined set value or more. The regulator 2 receives this control lock signal to prevent malfunction through the stopping of an output signal to an object 3 to be controlled. With this constitution, the set value control for the object 3 can be made, and if analog signals transmitted from the device 1 fluctuates through a failure, power supply fluctuation or power failure and the variance is a specified value or more, this is detected and the control lock signal is given to the regulator 2, allowing to prevent malfunction of the object 3.
