PURPOSE:To improve the performance of discrimination, by reading out the stored data for the same one line's share twice. CONSTITUTION:When write-in is made at a storage circuit 1, the data from a terminal 11 is stored with the output of a line start pulse generating circuit 7 and the write-in clock from a terminal 12. When readout is made from a storage circuit 2, the stored data is transmitted twice in the double speed for the speed at the recording section to a serial parallel shift register 5 with the output from the circuit 7 and the readout clock from a terminal 14. The storage/readout like this is made alternately to the circuits 1, 2 and the circuits 1, 2 make write-in/readout alternately. Thus, since further scanning is made to the same data, the deficiency of the performance of discrimination caused due to coarse scanning lines can remarkably be reduced.
