出開口、18はプラグまたは偏向部材、20は殻体、2

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1)冷媒の2相の流体混合物を受入れ、液相の冷媒を
蓄積し、気相の冷媒を排出させるためのアキュムレータ
において、 上端において冷媒の2相の流体混合物を受入れ、下端に
おいて気相の冷媒を排出する垂直配置の管10と、該管
の上輪と他端の間を囲繞し、該管に連結されて所定容積
の容器を形成する殻体20とから゛成り、前記管は、そ
め上端に流入してくる冷媒混合物を前記容器内へ排出さ
せるように該容器の頂部近くに配置された排出開口16
と、気相の冷媒を該管の下端から流出させるように該′
容器を該管に連通させる入口開口22とを有しており、
液相の冷媒が容器から排出されるご°となく、容器の下
方部分内に堆積するように該入口開口22を排出開口1
6より下に、かつ、容器の底面より上に配置し、前記管
の上端へ流入してくる冷媒が前記排出開口を通って前記
容器内へ流入し、次いで該容器から前記入口開口を通っ
て該管の下端へ流れるようにするために、冷媒が該管の
上端から直接下端へ流れるのを防止する偏向部材18を
該管内の排出開口と入口開口の間に配設したことを特徴
とするアキュムレータ。 (2)前記偏向部材は、冷媒が前記排出開口から入口開
口へ前記管内を通って流れるの番防止する゛ 。 ように該管内の排出開口と入口開口の間に固定されたプ
ラグであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載のアキュムレータ。′(3)前記入口開口22
の下方に離隔させて前記管に油開口を形成し、油が冷媒
と混合して該管内へ流入しうるように構成しkことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のアキュム
レータ。 、 (4) 前記管の両端を、冷凍商略の他の構成要素に
接続するのを容易に守るために受口端の形にしたことを
特徴ふする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のアキュ
ムレータ。 (5)前記管と殻体との連結部に対応する該管の外表面
にビード12を突設し、該連結部は、該殻 。 体を内方に変形させて該ビードのある管の外表面に密着
させ流体密シールを設定することによって形成されたも
のであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項記載のアキュムレータ。 (6)前記殻体は総体的に円筒形であり、前記容器を構
成する大径部分と、前記管のビードと協同″してシール
を形成する小径部分とを有するもの “であるこ
とを特徴とする★用新案登録請求の範 ′囲第5
項記載のアキュムレータ。
