Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は印刷機に関するもので、さらに詳細にはオフセ
ット印刷機におけるインキ出しローラに対するインキ出
しブレードの最適接触角を提供するものである。
従来、オフセット印刷機のインキ出ｔ７装置においては
インキ出しローラとインキ出しブレード間の接点におけ
る接・線に対し接触角を適宜に設定しており、接触角全
００近くだとインキを絞り切れず、また２Ｏ２以上にす
るとインキ反力が小さくてインキ出しブレードの先端・
に紙粉がつまり、最後にはインキがインキ出しブレード
の先端から出なくなることがあった。
本発明はかかる点にかんがみなされたもので、インキ出
しローラとインキ出しブレード間のゴミ詰りを防ぐため
の最適な接触角を有するオフセット印刷機のインキ出し
装置を提供するものである。
以下、本発明の実施例を示す図面により詳細に説明する
と、インキ出しローラ】とインキ出しブレード２の接点
Ａの接線りおよびインキ出しブレードの接触角ｊを１０
〜２０″の間に設定することによりインキかきとりが最
適になり、ゴミづまりが起きにくい。
以上、説明したように本発明はインキ出しローラおよび
インキ出しブレード間の接触角を改善したことにより、
ゴミづまりを起して印刷機を停めて掃除しなければなら
なかったのが大幅に改善された。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. インキ出しローラと、インキ出しブレードと、同インキ
    出しブレードおよび前記インキ出しローラ間の接点にお
    ける接線に対し、接触角’ｋ　１０５〜２０°間に設定
    したことを特徴とするオフセット印刷機のインキ出し装
    置。
