Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端に放熱フィン１を有し中央部に平坦な凸部５を有す
    る熱良導体による取付基台４と、該凸部の上に接着剤で
    固定されくメモリチップ６と、取付基台４に固定され前
    記凸部５を受容するくりぬき穴を有するとともに複数の
    端子３を有するヘッダ８と、前記メモリチップをはさむ
    １対の板状の磁石７及びシールドケース２と、前記メモ
    リチップ６からのリード線をヘッダ８に接続する手段と
    を有することを特徴とする電流像動形磁気バブルメモリ
    装置。
