：パッド、２０：トルク受部材、２４：キャリパ、２６
：シリンダ部、２８：リアクション部、３２ニブリッジ
部、３４：点検穴、３６：取付面、３８：バイメタル、
４２：ダストカバー。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 自動車の車輪のリム内に配設されて該車輪と一体的に回
    転するディスクロータと、該ディスクロータの両側にお
    いて非回転部材に保持された一対のパッドと、該パッド
    を前記ディスクロータに押し付ける機構とを備えたディ
    スクブレーキにおいて、 前記リムの開口部の一部分を覆って該リム内に泥水等が
    侵入することを防止するダストカバーを、当該ディスク
    ブレーキの温度が低い時は該ダストカバーが前記リムの
    開口部を有効に覆う姿勢に保持する一方、温度が高くな
    った場合は該リムの外側へ開いて周辺を流動する空気を
    積極的に該リム内へ導き入れる姿勢に保持するバイメタ
    ルによって、支持部材に取り付け、当該ディスクブレー
    キの温度が上昇したときはこれを積極的に冷却するよう
    にしたことを特徴とする自動車用ディスクブレーキの冷
    却装置。
