    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の主表面と第２の主表面とを有する複数の半導体ペ
    レットを互いに積み重ね、前記第１の主表面と前記第２
    の主表面とにそれぞれ設けた金属の溶融により前記半導
    体ペレットを互いに接着してなる半導体装置において、
    前記第２の主表面のうち前記第１の主表面の前記金属の
    領域と対向する領域にのみ前記金属を設けるか又は前記
    対向する領域のまわりに凹部を設けることを特徴とする
    半導体装置。
