    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ペレットと放熱板との間にセラミック絶縁部材を
    介在させた半導体装置において、前記セラミック絶縁部
    材の放熱板側の接着面の金属化処　゛・　　　環部をス
    リットにより複数個の部分領域に分離し、この分離した
    金属化処理部を半田を介して前記放熱板に接着したこと
    を特徴とする半導体装置。
