領図、第６図は顕微鏡による各ヘッド間の前後位置ずれ
測定要領図である。 図中、１はＭＴヘッド（磁気テープヘッド）、２はＷヘ
ッド（書き込み用ヘッド）、３はＲヘッド（読み取り用
ヘッド）、４は磁気シールド板、５は組立ねじ、１１は
磁気テープヘッド組立装置、１２はｘ、Ｙテーブル、１
３は調整手段、１４は形状測定器、１５は顕微鏡、１６
は上下微動機構、１７は左右微動機構、１８は前後微動
機構、１９は傾斜調整機構、２０は第１の支持部材、２
５は第２の支持部材、３８は固定ねじである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 仮組された磁気テープヘッドの書き込み用ヘッードおよ
    び読み取り用ヘッドを書き込み、読み取り面を上側にし
    てそれぞれ固定するための１対の保持部材と、水平面に
    沿って前記各ヘッドの対向方向に沿ったＸ方向および該
    Ｘ方向に垂直なＹ方向に移動可能なＸ、　Ｙテーブルと
    、前記Ｘ、　Ｙテーブル上に設けられ、前記各保持部材
    を駆動して、前記各保持部材に固定された前記仮組磁気
    テープヘッドの各へ′イドの上下段差および前後の位置
    ずれを微調整するとともに前記各保持部材の間隔を微調
    整可能な調整手段と、前記Ｘ、　Ｙテーブルにより前記
    調整手段とともに所定位置に位置決めされる前記仮組社
    気テープヘッドの各ヘッドめ上下の段差および前後の位
    置ずれをそれぞれ測定する測定手段とよりなることを特
    徴とする磁気テープ−ヘッド組立装置。
