Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）測定台上に配置された被測定物に沿ってプローブ
    をモータにて各軸方向に移動させ被測定物の寸法を測定
    する座標測定機において、モータを遠隔操作するコント
    ロールボックスに設けられ水面上でのコントロールボッ
    クスの向きを地磁気を利用して検知し方向信号を出力す
    る方向検出装置と、方向信号によりコントロールボック
    スの操作方向とプローブの移動方向とを一致させる制御
    回路と、を備えたことを特徴とする座標測定機の遠隔操
    作装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載の遠隔操作装
    置において、方向検出装置は、地磁気によって回動する
    磁針と、磁針軸に坂付けられ磁針と共に回動するスリッ
    ト板と、スリット板を挾みコントロールボックスの基準
    方向に対応した位置に互いに対向して固定配設された発
    光器と光電変換器とで構成された複数のスリット位置検
    出器と、から成り、コントロールボックスの方向信号が
    スリット透過光を検知する光電変換器から出力されるこ
    とを特徴とする座標測定機の遠隔操作装置。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）または（２）記載
    の遠隔操作装置において、磁針とスリット板とは磁針軸
    の周方向に相対位置修正可能に構成されコントロールボ
    ックスの基準方向に対応して磁針とスリット板との相対
    初期位置を調整できることを特徴とする座標測定機の遠
    隔操作装置。
