    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板に載置した半導体ペレットの電極と、半導体ペレッ
    トの近傍に配置したリードの一端部とを電気的に接続し
    たものにおいて、上記基板の半導、体ペレット載置部近
    傍に切欠きを設け、リードの一端部を切欠き部に配置し
    たことを特徴とする半導体装置。
