    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 相対的に内側のものが一段外側のものに対し軸回りの回
    動を規制されて軸方向に移動し得る少なくとも３重の同
    軸となっている複数個のパイプと、これらパイプのうち
    相対的に内側のパイプ、若しくはこの相対的に内側のパ
    イプと最内周のパイプに隣接するパイプとに固着されて
    いるナツトと、相対的に一段外側のパイプに固定的に配
    設された駆動源、若しくはこれら駆動源と最内周パイプ
    の内周部に固着された駆動源とにより回転せしめられ径
    方向で隣り合うパイプに固着されているナツトと螺合し
    ているネジ軸とを有することを特徴とするマニプレータ
    の腕伸縮機構。
