Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
コンクリート壁の壁面装飾用として凹凸模様等を表わし
たタイル等がよく用いられているが、このタイル等はコ
ンクリート壁の壁面にモルタルによシ１つ１つ貼付ける
ためその作業が非常に面倒であった。

本発明は上記点に鑑み、簡単な作業でコンクリート壁の
壁面にあたかもタイル等を貼付けたの如き模様を成型で
きるようにした、コンクリート壁の壁面模様成型方法を
提供するものであり、その要旨とするところは適宜凹凸
模様を成型する雌型となる模様成型体を用い、この模様
成型体にモルタルを充填し、模様成型体に充填したモル
タルを、模様成型体に充填したままの状態で順次コンク
リート壁の壁面に貼付け、前記モルタルが固化した後模
様成型体を取外したところにある。
壁面にあたかもタイル等を貼付けたの如き模様を成型で
きるようにした、コンクリート壁の壁面模様成型方法を
提供するものであり、その要旨とするところは適宜凹凸
模様を成型する雌型となる模様成型体を用い、この模様
成型体にモルタルを充填し、模様成型体に充填したモル
タルを、模様成型体に充填したままの状態で順次コンク
リート壁の壁面に貼付け、前記モルタルが固化した後模
様成型体を取外したところにある。
以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づき詳細に説明する。
図において、１は適宜凹凸模様を成型する雌型となる、
スチロール製の模様成型体、２は模様成型部であり、こ
の模様成型部２にモルタル３を充填するものである。

前記のように構成した模様成型体１を用い、先ず模様成
型体１の模様成型部２にモルタル３を充填しく第３図）

３を充填したままの状態で順次コンクリート壁４の壁面
５に貼付け（第４図）。

モルタル３の固化を待つ。
そしてモルタル３が固化したら模様成型体１を取外す（

しかしてコンクリート壁４の壁面５には模様成型体１に
よシ成型されたモルタル３があたかも壁面５にタイル等
を貼付けたの如く適宜凹凸模様が成型される。

以上のように本発明によれば、作業現場において単に模
様成型体にモルタルを充填し、これを順次コンクリート
壁の壁面に貼付けていき、モルタルが固化した後、前記
模様成型体を取外すことによシ、コンクリート壁の壁面
にあたかもタイル等を貼付けたの如き凹凸模様を成型で
き、コンクリート壁の壁面にタイル等を貼付ける作業に
比べ、その作業がはるかに簡単で済み、そしてタイル等
を用いないのでその費用も安価となる等、コンクリート
壁の壁面模様成型方法として優れた効果がある。

を用いないのでその費用も安価となる等、コンクリート
壁の壁面模様成型方法として優れた効果がある。

Claims (1)
- １ 適宜凹凸模様を成型する雌型となる模様成型体を用
い、この模様成型体にモルタルを充填し、模様成型体に
充填したモルタルを、模様成型体に充填したままの状態
で順次コンクリート壁の壁面に貼付け、前記モルタルが
固化した後模様成型体を取外してなる、コンクリート壁
の壁面模様成型方法。
