Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負荷部と差動部と定電流部からなる差動増幅段を有する
    演算増幅器において、 前記負荷部は第１の導電型の第′１と第２のＭＯＳのソ
    ースが第１の電源に対して並列接続し、前記第１と第２
    のＭＯＳゲート電極に前記第１のγＯ８のドレイン電圧
    を入力し、 前記差動部は第２の導電型の第３と第４のＭＯＳが前記
    第１と第２のＭＯＳとそれぞれドレインを縦続接続し、
    前記第３と第４のＭＯＳのゲート端子には非反転入力と
    反転入力がそれぞれ入力し、 前記電流部は第２の導電型の第５のＭＯＳのドレインと
    第３及び第４のＭＯＳのソースとを接続し、前記第５の
    ＭＯＳのソースを第２の電源に接続し、前記第５のＭＯ
    Ｓのゲートには定電圧を入力し、前記差動部の第３と第
    ４のＭＯＳのシキイ−−値が相互に異なることを特徴と
    する演算増幅器。
