Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. チャンバーの天井面に開口部を備えた被メツキ材用マス
    クによって構成し、被メッキ材をこのチャンバー外側か
    ら前記マスクに密着させ、この被メッキ材に前記マスク
    の開口部を介してメッキ液を噴射供給し、そのメッキ対
    象部分にメッキをなし、メッキ作用を行った後のメッキ
    液を回収するようにしたメッキ装置において、前記マス
    クを絶縁部材にて形成し、そのチャンバー内開口部に前
    記被メッキ材を一極としたときの対向極電極を配し、絶
    縁部材に固定した機構を設けてなるメカニカルマスキン
    グ式メッキ装置。
