  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 四辺形板状をなす超硬合金製のスローアウェイチップ４
    が、シャンクホルダ１のチップ座２内で押え金５および
    締付けねじ６の利用により、上方から抑圧固定されるよ
    うにしたスローアウェイバイトにおいて、 前記スローアウェイチップ４は、その１のコーナ一部分
    には、ダイヤモンド、立方晶系窒化硼素等の多結晶焼結
    体からなる切刃層１０を超硬合金からなる支持弁、９上
    に超高圧高温下で焼結固着した複合刃先８が備えられる
    とともに、その対角関係にあるコーナ一部分側には、略
    Ｖ字状の切欠部分１１が形成されるようになっており、
    また、前記押え金５は、その先端下面の押圧突起１２が
    、前記切欠部分１１に係合するようになっているととも
    に、その後端下面の傾斜面１４が、シャンクホルダ１の
    引込み斜面１５上に当接され、前記締付けねじ５の締付
    けに伴ない、前記スローアウェイチップ４がチップ座２
    の後方に引寄せられるようにして固定されることを特徴
    とするスローアウェイバイト。
