Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一　　　　　　被蒸着物の下方部に、この被蒸着物に真
    空蒸着する蒸着材料を収納する長尺の金属蒸着材料容器
    を設け、この容器内の蒸着材料を蒸発させて前記被蒸着
    物の表面に蒸着層を形成する真空蒸着装置において、前
    記被蒸着物を担持する支持体の直下方に支持レール部材
    を固設し、この支持レール部材上に摺動自在に載装する
    支持フレームに蒸着材料容器を支持せしめてなり、前記
    支持フレーム、を゛　　　　　引出すことにより蒸着材
    料容器が被蒸着物支持体下部より引出されるようにした
    ことを特徴とする真空蒸着装置における蒸着材料容器引
    出し装置。
