イン転送方式による固体撮像装置の一実施例を示す要部
拡大平面図である。　−図面において３１は半導体基板
、３２は受光部、３３はトランスファゲート電極、３４
は電荷転送垂直レジスタ、３５は４相駆動電荷転送電極
を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板上にマトリックス状に配列された複数の光電
    変換素子をそなえ、該光電変換素子の各列！こ平行隣接
    して、トランスフアゲニド電極を介して複数の電荷転送
    電極を縦列配置した電荷転送垂直レージスタと、該各垂
    直レジスタによって垂直方尚に転送された各素子からの
    信号電荷を、その垂直レジスタの一水平うイン争に、順
    次水平方向に転送読出しを行う電荷転送水平レジスタと
    から構成される装置において、前記各単位充電変換素子
    に対応する電荷転送垂直レジスタの電荷転送電極を、少
    なくとも２ピツ、１・分、対向配置してなることを特徴
    とする固体撮像装置。
