Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、チェンジレバーやブレーキレバー等の自動
車の操作レバーのカバーの改良に関する。
自動車のチェンジレバーやブレーキレバーは、特に乗用
自動車では、基部をレザー等のカバーで覆って体裁を良
くしである。
一般にカバーの下端は、車体床板やコンソールボックス
等に固定する。
その場合、固定用クリップ等を用いなければならず、製
作が面倒でコスト高になる。
この考案は、かかる点に鑑み改善したもので、以下図面
に示す本考案の実施例について説明する。
第１図は、通常チェンジレバーと呼ばれる変速操作レバ
ー１に用いたもので、車体の床２に敷くフロアカーペッ
ト３に孔４を設け、レザー等でツガボン状に作ったカバ
ー５の広目下端を、カーペット３の孔４の周囲に糸６を
用いて縫合する。
カバー５は、操作レバー１に通し、細目上端に設けた紐
７を操作レバー１に縛り付ける。
第２図は、通称サイドブレーキと呼ばれるブレーキ操作
レバー１に用いたもので、第１図のものと同様に、カバ
ー５の広目下端を車体の床２に敷くフロアカーペット３
に設けた孔４の周囲に糸６を用いて縫合したもので、カ
バー５を操作レバー１に通し、カバー５の細目上端に設
けた紐７を操作レバー１に縛り付ける。
作用について説明する。
フロアカーペット３は、布製等で柔かいので、カバー５
の広目下端を糸６を用いて孔４の周囲に縫合することが
でき、カバー５の取付けが簡単にできる。
又、糸６による縫合は、孔４付近のほつれ止めも兼ねる
ことができる。
こうして、製作費が安価になる。
以上説明したように、この考案は、レザー等でメガホン
状のカバーを設け、該カバーの広目下端を車体の床に敷
くフロアカーペットに設けた孔の周囲に縫合し、カバー
を操作レバーに通し細目上端に設けた紐を操作レバーに
縛り付けるようにしたので゛、カバーがフロアカーペッ
トに縫合によって簡単に取付けることができ、縫合によ
ってフロアカーペットの孔の周りのほつれ止めも同時に
で゛き、又、取付は用のクリップ等の部品も不要になる
。
また、一般的にカーペットの開口部や端縁部等は車体等
に固定してその浮き上りを防止しているが、本考案にお
いては上記開口部を車体等に固定する必要もなく、さら
に小石やごみ等がカーペットと車体の床との間に入り、
足で踏まれることによって床面やカーペットが損傷する
ことも防止される。
尚、フロアカーペットの掃除のときなどには、カバーと
一体に外せるので、カバーの掃除が楽である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レザー等でメガホン状のカバーを設け、該カバーの広目
    下端を車体の床に敷くフロアカーペットに設けた孔の周
    囲に縫合し、カバーを操作レバーに通し細目上端に設け
    た紐を操作レバーに縛り付けるようにしたことを特徴と
    する自動車の操作レバーのカバー
