第１図は本考案に係る２分割型燃料タンクの実施例を示
す断面図、第２図は同じく３分割型燃料タンクの実施例
を示す断面図、第３図は燃料タンクを構成する積層鋼板
の構造断面図、第４図は燃料タンクの接合部構造を示す
断面図、第５図乃至第１０図は同じく接合部構造の変形
例を示す断面図、第１１図乃至第１５図は燃料タンクと
パイプとの接続構造の種々の実施例を示す断面図、第１
６図は燃料タンクの製造工程順序の変形例を示す説明図
である。 図中、１は内板、２は外板、３は熱可塑性樹脂、４は接
着性樹脂、５′は積層鋼板、８は周縁部、１０は熱可塑
性樹脂、１１は接着性樹脂、１２はＵ字材、１３は接合
部、１５は折曲げ部、１６は浸み込みを遮断する障壁の
例示である断面Ｔ字部材である。

Claims (9)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　ターンシートメッキ鋼板又はボンデ鋼板等の
    耐燃料性表面処理鋼板を内板とし、鉄・亜鉛系合金メッ
    キ鋼板等の防錆鋼板を外板として、これらにて熱可塑性
    樹脂を挟み、該熱可塑性樹脂と上記内板及び外板との各
    界面に接着性樹脂を介設するか、又は内板と外板との間
    に接着性を付与した熱可塑性樹脂を介設した積層鋼板を
    絞り加工してなることを特徴とする燃料タンク。
  2. （２）上記内板となる耐燃料性表面処理鋼板が銅板・ア
    ルミ板・ステンレス板等の耐腐蝕性に優れた薄肉金属板
    であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の燃料タンク。
  3. （３）絞り加工された２枚の積層鋼板の周縁部が互いに
    重ね合わされ、接合されていることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の燃料タンク。
  4. （４）絞り加工された積層鋼板の周縁部が接合されてい
    る燃料タンクであって、相接する界面に接着性樹脂層を
    介設した接合部を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    、第２項又は第３項記載の燃料タンク。
  5. （５）上記接合部が接着性樹脂層を介設して相接する周
    縁部を強圧固定する断面Ｕ字材を有することを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の燃料タンク。
  6. （６）上記接合部がヘミング加工されて折曲げ部を有し
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    、第・２項又は第３項記載の燃料タンク。
  7. （７）　　上記接着性樹脂層の燃料タンク内を臨む面に
    これを覆って燃料の浸み込みを遮断する障壁を形成した
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の
    燃料タンク。
  8. （８）　　上記障壁にフッ素処理がなされていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載の燃料タ
    ンク。
  9. （９）上記接着性樹脂層の中間に熱可塑性樹脂層が介設
    されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    ４項、第５項又は第６項記載の燃料タンク。
