を示す側断面図、第３図は本考案に係る真空ポンプの一
実施例を示す側断面図、第４図は、本考案に係る内燃機
関の吸排気弁の開閉位相変化の一実施例を示すグラフ図
、第５図は本考案に係る真空ポンプの詳細な構成の一実
施例を示す側断面図である。 尚、図中、１はシリンダヘッドカバー、２はカム軸、３
，４は吸・排気弁用のカム、５，６は真空ポンプ、７は
ポンプ室、９は吸入口、１０は吐出口、１２はダイヤフ
ラム、１５はロッド部材、２０は付勢手段、２１．２２
は逆止弁である。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）吸入口と吐出口とが互いに直列に接続された複数
    のポンプ室と、これらポンプ室内に設けられ室内を収縮
    膨張させるタイヤフラムと、内燃機関によって回動駆動
    され内燃機関への吸排気弁を駆動するカム軸上に設けら
    れたカムと、これらカムによって連続した位相で配列順
    に往復移動されると共に夫々のダイヤフラムを作動させ
    るためのロッド部材と、これらロッド部材を上記カム軸
    側へ押圧する付勢手段と、上記吸入口と吐出口とにそれ
    ぞれ設けられ、ポンプ室内の空気を一方向に流出させる
    ための逆止弁とを備えたことを特徴とする自動車等の内
    燃機関におけるカム軸によって駆動される真空ポンプ。
  2. （２）上記ポンプ室が上記内燃機関を区画形成するシリ
    ンダヘッドカバー上に一体的に形成亦れた上記実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車等の内燃機関におけ
    るカム軸によって駆動される真空ポンプ。
