Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の半導体ウェーハを一枚ずつ所定間隔で平行に収納
    保持する第１キヤリヤと、この第１キヤリヤと、離隔し
    て配置され且つ二枚ずつ背面合せの半導体ウェーハを所
    定間隔で平行に収納保持する第２キヤリヤと、前記第１
    キヤリヤと第２キヤリヤとの間に配置された第１搬送コ
    ンベア及び第゛　２搬送コンベアと、前記第１搬送コン
    ベアと第２搬送コンベアの一方の搬送コンベアの所定ポ
    ジシ゛ヨンに配置された半導体ウエーノ１をその背面側
    から吸着保持し且つ他方の搬送コンベアの所定位置に反
    転移送する第１チヤツク系と、同じく一方の搬送コンベ
    アの所定位置に配置された半導体ウェーハをそのパター
    ン面側から非接触で保持して他方の搬送コンベアの所定
    ポジションに移送する第２チヤツク系とを含むことを特
    徴とする半導体ウェーハ移送装置。
