Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザと、この、半導体レーザから生ずるコヒー
    レント光を真円ビーム化する光学系と、この真円ビーム
    化されたコヒーレント光を拡大した゛　　　　後に被測
    定体表面に集束照射する光学系と、上記被測定体表面か
    らの反射スペックル・パターンを受光する自己走査型固
    体撮像素子と、この固体撮像素子の画像出力をディジタ
    ル信号に変換するＡ／Ｄ変換手段と、このＡ／Ｄ変換手
    段の出力を受けて上記スペックル・パターンのコントラ
    ストを求める演算手段と、スペックル・パターンのコン
    トラストデータと表面粗さデータの対応関係が記憶され
    たデータテーブルと、このデータテーブルの内容に基づ
    き、上記演算手段で求められたコントラストデータが上
    記被測定体表面の粗さを求める手段とをも備えたことを
    特徴とする表面粗さ計測装置。
