    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面にバネ接触子の先端部が突出して設けられたバネ容
    器と、このバネ容器の上面に一体に設けられ前記バネ接
    触子を含む部分に穴を有するチップ位置合せ板と、この
    チップ位置合せ板の上面に一体に設けられた複数の位置
    合せピンと、この各位置合せピンがそれぞれ対応して挿
    入される位置、、７合せ穴が設けられると共に前記チッ
    プ位置合せ板・；　の穴に挿入される突出部が一体に設
    けられたチップ挿え板と、このチップ押え板の突出部先
    端部に設けられ被測定チップとほぼ同じ大きさのチップ
    収納凹部を形成する位置合せ枠と、前記チップ収納凹部
    に連通しが前記チップ押え板を貫通して設けられ真空吸
    引される貫通孔とを具備することを特徴とする低温用Ｉ
    Ｃ測定治具。
