Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）高誘電率基板にトランジスタを載置し、該高誘電
    率基板の所望領域の両面をメタライズして静電容量を形
    成し、メタライズ部の一方をトランジスタ側に接続する
    とともに他方を高周波回路ケース側に接続するトランジ
    スタマウントにおいて、容量の形成される高誘電率基板
    を金属板を介して高周波回路ケースに接続することを特
    徴とするトランジスタマウント。
  2. （２）形成される静電容量が２以上であり、少なくとも
    ２つの静電容量のトランジスタ側のメタライズ部間が抵
    抗膜で接続されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のトランジスタマウント。
