却トラップ、１３：試料ホルダー、１４：熱伝導棒、１
５：止めネジ、１７：筒状キャップ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 対物レンズを構成する磁極片の間隙内における所定位置
    へレンズ光軸と垂直な方向から挿入される棒状部材と、
    該棒状部材に熱絶縁物を介して取付けられ観察試料を保
    持するための試料台と、前記棒状部材と平行して設けら
    れ前記試料台と接触”する熱伝達棒と、該熱伝導棒を室
    温以下に保つための手段とを備えた装置において、前記
    試料台を略覆うような筒状キャップを前記棒状部材と試
    料台から熱絶縁されるように配置した電子顕微鏡用試料
    冷却装置。
