- 混成集積回路に接続用の端子が固定され、これ
らを絶縁樹脂にて容器本体に封止収納する混成集
積回路の外装容器において、前記接続用の端子が
容器本体の内外部を貫通すると共に容器本体と一
体化されたことを特徴とする混成集積回路の外装
容器。
