Claims (1)
- 被処理物を保持して蒸気脱脂洗浄槽内の脱脂液
の蒸気層に浸漬し、脱脂液を被処理物に凝縮させ
ることにより脱脂洗浄するようにした脱脂処理用
治具であつて、その被処理物保持部に被処理物裏
面に倣いこれと接触可能な受け面を形成すると共
に、上記受け面を介して被処理物から吸熱する冷
却機構を上記被処理物保持部に内蔵させたことを
特徴とする脱脂処理用治具。
